AFC TechnicianRequirements:•Diploma or Bachelors Degree•Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of planning and activities.•Minimum of 4yrs experience in the use of an Automatic Fare Collection System.•Knowledgeable in Linux, Windows N/W Concepts and familiarity with IT tools for troubleshooting.•Hands on experienced in Alcatel PABX, appliance server, media gateway (GA, GD, SLI, APA and etc).•Hands on experienced in IP telephone, videophone, WLAN telephone and emergency call system.•Well experienced in MS Office applications (MS Excel & Word specifically).Key Responsibilities:•Maintenance (PM & CM) of Alcatel PABX, voice recording and emergency communication system.•Monitoring of PBX/ECS alarms and failure rectification.•Preparation of fault / defect report, documentation, record keeping and closure of PM/CM tasks.•Work Order management experience using tools like Maximo & Ticket Management System.Location : Qatar
