Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment 1.The inventory officer is responsible for creating the Material Request in Navision, Follow up with Procurement Dept. for LPO and the material Deliveries.2.To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.3. Processing the GRN (Good Receiving Note) in Navision upon receipt of the duly received material Delivery Note.4.Keeping track records on prepared Materials Requests, Material Delivery Records5.Generating system reports on Daily Material Receipt / Daily Material Issued and forwarding to Management and Construction Team on Daily /Weekly basis6.undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.7.o be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the systemSKILLS: REQUIREMENTS: 1.The Accounts Clerk/Inventory Officer should be able to demonstrate collaborative work style, strong leadership skills and should have the ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises.2.He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Good analytical and organizational skills.3.He/she should have a desire to learn every detail related to inventory business and should have the passion to reach out for promotional opportunities.4.He/she should be able to perform clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.5.He/she should have a methodical approach to complete the assigned work and should pay strong attention to detail.6.Minimum 3 years Previous experience /proficiency in the use of ERP Inventory software is must.7.Typing Speed above 30wpm.
