Working under the guidance of the director of nursing, the supervisor will manage, monitor, and train OPIT team to respond to patients questions and complaints and provide corrective actions by analysing the issues
Ensuring team understands and comply with department objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Work with the management closely and overview the implementation of changes in the processes/department.
Review reports prepared by the team (daily-weekly-monthly)
Conduct daily-weekly meetings to get any update from the team with the coordinators
