Job Description

  • emphasis on making appropriate and timely maintenance
  • ensure the continuous operations of HVAC equipment.
  • Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance works related to HVAC-related equipment.
  • Attend to any complaints received for HVAC equipment.
  • Assess the Condition of HVAC equipment on a regular basis and report the same to Maintenance Department.
  • Install and energize HVAC and related equipment as requested by Maintenance Department or General Services Section.
