Job Description

  • As the main lead person of communication between customers and internal party on assigned areas/customers.
  • To handle correspondence related to all customer service and marketing activities.
  • To represent the company in attending meetings with customers, communication & maintain good customer service and business relationships in assigned areas.
  • To be proactive and establish an effective working relationship with all support departments.
  • To manage multiple projects at the business and organization level by working with inter-department.
  • To coordinate, follow up and attend all customers external audits and ensure compliance to all audit areas by working with inter-departments.
  • Interdepartmental data analysis by collecting latest data and prepare data presentation to customers (Gantt Chart, Diagram, Tables & etc).
  • To prepare, monitor, and review the expiry date and terms & conditions of the customerss agreement.
  • To support company activities and customers special event announcements.
  • To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior and Management.
  • To participate in external (RBA, customer-related) and internal audits (ISO, RBA, & etc).
  • To ensure operational activities meet the departments objectives and achieve department KPIs.
  • To assist in the preparation of tenancy agreement and support on Admin Operations when required by superior on Management from time to time.
  • To undertake and execute and ad-hoc assignments or other job tasks as and when required by superior or management from time to time.
Qualification:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree Graduates in any field
Experience:
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Fluent in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Proactive
  • Detail-oriented
  • Possess own car transport
