Job Responsibilities :This is a HR generalist role with primary focus on curating the employee experience journey and advocating People and Culture to create a cohesive and positive workplace. The person will actively align the organization and ensure a seamless experience for all employees and fostering an environment that promotes engagement, growth and satisfaction. The person is required to work collaboratively with HR community and various business leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute various HR activities and plans, such as Campus Recruitment, Policy Change and Management, Merger & Acquisition, Training Management, Employees Engagement, etc. Additionally, the role requires providing HR advice, counsel, analyzing information and offering business-centric application.Job Requirement :

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline and minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in similar work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly competent presenter and able to communicate and influence all levels of employees.
  • Must be able to design, develop and implement training plans and learning classes.
  • Good collaborations skills and adaptable to a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
