Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Water Technical Trainer to deliver technical training programmes, develop learning materials, assess trainee performance, and support the continuous improvement of water and mechanical training standards. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.Desired Candidate ProfileQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplineTraining Methodology Certification (Train the Trainer) is requiredMinimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in training or Learning & DevelopmentExperience in water systems, mechanical equipment, or utility operations is mandatoryStrong knowledge of competency-based training, technical instruction, and performance assessment.SKILLS & COMPETENCIESExpertise in delivering technical training programmes and practical learning sessionsCapable of developing lesson plans, training materials, and competency-based learning contentAdept at evaluating trainee performance and supporting certification activitiesExperience managing training equipment, workshops, and instructional resourcesProficiency in promoting continuous improvement while maintaining training quality standardsEffective coaching and mentoring with a strong commitment to learner developmentStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
