Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Trainer to deliver technical training programmes, develop training materials, assess trainee performance, and support the continuous improvement of electrical training standards. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.Desired Candidate Profile.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical EngineeringTraining Methodology Certification (Train the Trainer) is requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, including at least 1 year in a training or learning & development roleExperience in Medium Voltage (MV) or High Voltage (HV) electrical systems is mandatoryStrong knowledge of training delivery, competency assessment, and technical skills developmentBilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is requiredSKILLS & COMPETENCIESExpertise in delivering technical training programmes and practical learning sessionsCapable of developing training materials, lesson plans, and competency-based learning contentAdept at evaluating trainee performance, conducting assessments, and supporting certification activitiesExperience managing training equipment, workshops, and instructional resourcesProficiency in promoting continuous improvement while maintaining training quality standardsEffective coaching and mentoring abilities with a strong focus on learner developmentStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
