Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Training Technician ? Water to maintain training laboratories and workshop equipment, prepare practical learning environments, and provide technical support for vocational training programmes while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of training facilities. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.Desired Candidate ProfileQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Water Technology, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience supporting technical workshops, laboratories, or vocational training environmentsExperience maintaining training equipment, tools, and laboratory facilitiesKnowledge of workshop safety procedures and preventive maintenance practicesExperience supporting practical training sessions in mechanical or water-related disciplines is preferredFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is requiredSKILLS & COMPETENCIESExpertise in maintaining training laboratories, workshop equipment, and technical resourcesCapable of preparing practical training environments and supporting laboratory activitiesAdept at inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining tools and training equipmentExperience managing inventory, consumables, and preventive maintenance schedulesProficiency in implementing workshop safety procedures and maintaining operational readinessEffective collaboration with trainers to support practical demonstrations and learner activitiesStrong technical troubleshooting, organization, and equipment management skills.
