Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Training Marketing Officer to promote technical training programmes, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business development initiatives through effective marketing and communication strategies. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.Desired Candidate ProfileQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related disciplineMinimum 3?5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or training promotionExperience promoting educational, vocational, or professional training programmes is highly preferredKnowledge of digital marketing, branding, event coordination, and stakeholder engagementExperience developing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and communication plansFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is requiredSKILLS & COMPETENCIESExpertise in maintaining training laboratories, workshop equipment, and technical resourcesCapable of preparing practical training environments and supporting laboratory activitiesAdept at inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining tools and training equipmentExperience managing inventory, consumables, and preventive maintenance schedulesProficiency in implementing workshop safety procedures and maintaining operational readinessEffective collaboration with trainers to support practical demonstrations and learner activitiesStrong technical troubleshooting, organization, and equipment management skills.
