Achieving territory wise targets , brand wise targets , Monitoring and achieving the projected growth for the fiscal year territory, brand Maintain / increase the sellouts storewide to achieve the respective brand rankings Making the right team roasters /promoter schedule month-to-month basis Promoter management and tracking the schedule Maintain and follow the promoter attendance, reporting, and timelines Promoter development - Training the promoters on brand and sales modules.
