• Level of studies: Engineer or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5 years? experience in industrial sector , experience in WH Automotive is requested .
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English .
• Soft skills:Team Management , Project Management , Good communication , analysis tools (5M , Ishikawa .Problem solving etc ?)

Attributions & Tasks:- Managing the day-to-day PP activities and motivating the team to achieve PLPP department goals described below .- Ensure the good production preparation in of 4M requirement for new project- DFS Month to date feasibility Answer and Achieve 100% Derog Implementation Commitment ratio- Achieve the YSFG Obsolescence Target defined by Project- Achieve a good preparation of Model year changes- Achieve a good compliance ratio of DFM/DIS in compliance with GPMS- Achieve 0 External Claims in BOM accuracy caused by PP team- Achieve a good level of compliance with QMS PLPP System- Ensure the gold level of Wire tuning activity- Ensure that the PP team follows the procedures system.- Ensure that PP team follows the wire tuning activityAt Yazaki, we arecommitted to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
