• Level of studies: Engineer or master?s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering
• Experience: Min 5 years? experience in Similar position
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English .
• Soft skills:Team Management , Project Management , Good communication , analysis tools (5M , Ishikawa & Problem solving).

Attributions & Tasks:- Leading projects Indutrialization plan ( Developement & Serial wave)- Leading Project Risk Assessment and action plan follow-up.- Coordination of project multidisciplinary team to meet project targerts.- Project 4Ms follow-up.- Fullfilling Customer ANPQP requirement ( project point of view ) - Driving YSFG/YDM/FG Obsolescence management (targets set-up and follow-up).- Wave change planning and monitoring.- Prototype orders planning and production follow-up in compliance with deadlines, specifications and internal procedures.- Leading Manufacturing Engineering Functional Reviews (GPMS).- Analyze project data and customer specifications.- Schedule plants tasks to answer to an RFQ.- Consolidation of PCS inputs (Line concept, investement, space productivity, ramp up cost?)- Participate to the improvement of the indicators (EBIT, cost per MH...)- Ensure the project developemnt according to the customers milestones.- Reporting project 4M & QCD to plant management, CSC and Central functions- Manage and participate to workshop that leads to cost reduction of the harnesses (wire tunning activities, VAVE?)- Follow the evolution of efficiency and performance of the project.- Follow the projects quality indicators and ensure that they are in line with the objectives.- Leading CEC Contract preparation and validation with CSC.- Leading PCS/AFAPs/Ramp up Costs preparations and validations processAt Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, marital status, national origin, handicap, veteran status or any other legally protected status or characteristic.
