WFP Sudan, one of the largest and complex operations for?WFP globally,?is currently rolling out its five-year?Country Strategic Plan?(2019-2023), which aims to provide emergency assistance through a hybrid approach (Cash, food and vouchers), along with life-changing types of programmes (Nutrition, Resilience and School Feeding).JOB PURPOSE:To Supervise Workshop Storekeepers in all locations, ensuring Fleet Management System spare parts data concerning issuing, transfers and receipts are accurately captured in the Fleet Management System (FMS).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)Under the direct supervision of the Logistics Officer (Workshop) and the overall supervision of the Logistics Officer in charge of Fleet, the incumbent shall perform the following duties:

• Prepare annual spare parts needs list for trucks and light vehicles and generators to be ordered through International Long Term Agreements (LTAs).
• According to needs and urgency, prepare lists of spare parts to be procured locally for trucks, light vehicles, and Generators.
• Facilitate the processing of LTA?s both International and local LTAs by drafting initial lists of spare parts in accordance with rates of consumptions in all stores in Sudan and available stock levels paving the way for the creation of Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders/Micro-Purchase Orders (MPOs).
• Provide inputs to Spare Parts supplier technical evaluations during tendering process in co-ordination with Procurement.
• Supervising CO fleet central spare parts store, which is providing s/parts to all Area Offices in Sudan including lubricants, tires, Batteries? workshop tools and equipment including consumable materials in accordance to fleet management procedures.

• Responsible?and accountable for the availability of spare parts, tires, lubricants including workshop tools and Equipment orders / receiving / distributing and their proper storage in the AOs.
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisors and based on FMS records to plan?spare parts requirements for service, preventive maintenance & Repairs including specialized services such as injection pumps servicing, reconditioning of parts for possible reuse, MB chassis reinforcements and Gearbox overhauls with the objective of ensuring that all Light vehicles, Trucks and Generators are maintained to the highest possible standards and are always in a good working condition.
• Ensures control and management of quality and quantities of tires / Batteries and spare parts in general to allow the smooth running of fleet operations.

• Provide on-the-job training?to storekeepers in stocks management and Electronic parts catalogues (EPC) for all models of WFP assets (Light vehicles, Trucks and Generators)
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports for management follow up and decision making.
• Confirm and sign Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) according to LTAs for fleet to request Finance to proceed with final payments.
• Handling operational advance, petty cash for local ad-hoc spare parts purchases including parts transfer and transport fees from Khartoum to El Obied area office and sub-offices and Darfur (Fasher, Geneina and Nyala).
• Conduct annual spare parts stock inventory for all locations with spare parts stores and report discrepancies, damages or losses.
• Fill the template for fleet supplier?s performance evaluations
• Member of TRC (Technical review committee) for all workshop?s orders
• Preparing permits for spare parts transferring and fleet trucks movements from Khartoum to the field.
• Perform any other duties as required by Management.
