Job Description

  • To establish a Human Capital strategy derived from and aimed at implementation of the company strategy.
  • To put in place a manpower plan that reflects the optimal staffing of the company in terms of number and positioning the right person in the right seat.
  • To hire the needed staff in terms of quantity and quality and supply to business just-in-time by deploying the necessary blend of recruitment platforms and interviewing processes.
  • To build a multi-purpose assessment center that is used for recruitment, redeployment and talent assessment.
  • To build a talent management framework and successfully implement the same thereby creating a bench strength of talent pool that lead the company`s future.
  • To put in place a robust, fair and transparent performance management system that represents the engine of strategy execution and form the basis of a fair reward management system.
  • To establish a performance-based only reward management system; namely job promotion, pay raise and performance bonus systems, that represents the engine of staff motivation.
  • To build the best-in -class Training & Development systems that aims to identify the true training and development needs of staff and meet such needs judiciously by identifying the optimum match of training courses and programs, locally or abroad.?
  • To put in place and sustain an optimal job-grading and pay-grading structures that meet the current and future needs of the company.
  • To establish a solid leadership development competency framework aimed at on-going leadership development as a major competitive advantage for the company and implement the same meticulously.
  • To create and implement an effective succession plan that helps stability of the organization.
  • To develop and effectively manage a pack of staff benefits such as leave system, health insurance, staff loans and other fringe benefits that is both motivational as well as abiding by the local labor low.
  • To achieve best-practice mark of employee satisfaction through a system of staff-engagement that drives loyalty and ensure retention.
  • Train, develop, coach and manage the Human Capital team in respective areas to ensure they are up-to-date and at the same time ensure retention of key staff, hence alleviating operational risk.
  • To effectively manage budget and other allocated resources
