Conduct job analysis, job evaluation as well as analyzing trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Partner with management team to understand and execute the organizations? human resources and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Oversee HR operations across the organization.
Act as liaison officer to facilitate expatriate employees in terms of visa arrangement, security clearance, etc. in coordination with relevant government authorities.
