The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders, monitor inventory levels, and resolve delays to maintain smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:•Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.•Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to track material movement.•Monitor material status using ERP systems or tracking tools.•Expedite critical and long-lead items to avoid project delays.•Prepare and maintain reports on material status and delivery timelines.•Identify potential delivery issues and work proactively to resolve them.•Ensure documentation for shipping, customs, and receiving is complete and accurate.•Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics teams for shipping schedules.•Maintain updated records of purchase orders and delivery schedules.•Follow company policies regarding material handling, quality, and safety.Qualifications & Requirements:•Saudi National (Male) – Mandatory as per Saudization policy•Diploma or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field•3–5 years of experience in material expediting or supply chain/logistics•Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)•Strong communication and negotiation skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities•Knowledge of shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse processes is a plus•Good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written) Company Profile Shahig company is one of the leading Contractor Company associated with Saudi Aramco Project for providing Professional Manpower Support Services for Oil, Gas and Petrochemcial Industries.
