Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and allocate work to technicians based on skills, workload, and job priority.Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during diagnostics and repairs.Review spare parts requirements and coordinate with the Parts Department.Estimate additional repair work and communicate recommendations to the Service Advisor.Ensure efficient use of workshop equipment, tools, and consumables.Coordinate with the Service Manager on technical issues and warranty approvals.Evaluate technician performance based on KPI and provide coaching where required.Coordinate with the Sales Department on Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), stock, and vehicle deliveries.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop and ensure compliance with QHSEMS and company safety standards.Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of skilled technicians.
