Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications while managing on-site teams effectively.Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Coordinate with the design team, MEP, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical requirements.Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.Ensure site activities comply with UAE/Dubai safety requirements and the project's HSE procedures.Support fit-out permits and NOCs from the building management or developer.Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports on project progress with photos, including labor, materials used, and any discrepancies encountered.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant site engineering experience, demonstrating a track record of on-site project management and execution.Possession of a valid engineering license or certification, such as Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE), showcasing professional credibility.Proven experience in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project), enhancing planning and execution capabilities.
