Roles & ResponsibilitiesAl Najah Technical Service LLC, an MEP subcontracting company based in Dubai, is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical installation works on construction projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and supervise daily electrical installation activities.Allocate manpower and achieve daily work targets.Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and project specifications.Monitor workmanship, productivity and site safety.Coordinate with engineers and other site teams.Prepare completed works for inspection and resolve rectifications.Report daily progress and material requirements.SALARY & BENEFITSAED 3,000?4,000 per month, based on experience and ability.Company-provided accommodation and transportation.Permanent, full-time role on construction sites in Dubai.HOW TO APPLYApply through this job portal with your updated CV, current location, expected salary and earliest joining date.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 4 years of UAE electrical construction experience (5+ years preferred).Experience in slab conduiting, first fix, GI box installation, DB fixing, wiring, cabling, DB dressing and high-level electrical works.Ability to read approved electrical shop drawings and DB schedules.Ability to supervise 5?10 electricians, with experience managing larger teams of 20?30 workers.Good manpower planning, material coordination and site reporting skills.Electrical diploma required.
