Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the perfume industry.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.Assist customers with orders, product information, and complaints.Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up on pending orders and customer requests.Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirementsPrevious experience in customer service is preferred.Good communication skills in English.Arabic is an advantage.Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.Good organizational skills and a positive attitude.Experience in the perfume or retail industry is an advantage.
