Lead and coordinate well control response activities, including kick detection, well kill operations, blowout prevention, and well capping procedures.
Develop and maintain Well Control Programs, Risk Assessments (HIRA), Well Control Contingency Plans, and Post-Incident Reports in collaboration with the Company?s Drilling and HSE teams.
Perform pressure modeling, kick tolerance, and hydraulics analysis using approved engineering software and field data.
Immediately report and document any well control incidents or abnormalities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned are captured and implemented.
