Roles & ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload materials, supplies, and finished products manually or using basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).Deliver raw materials to production lines as per production schedules.Receive goods from suppliers and assist in their inspection and storage.Label and organize inventory in designated storage areas.Assist in packing, wrapping, and palletizing finished goods for dispatch.Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and production support areas.Conduct basic stock checks and notify supervisors of low or damaged stock.Follow health and safety procedures while handling chemicals, packaging materials, or equipment.Cooperate with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure material readiness and compliance.Help in waste removal and proper disposal of packaging or rejected materials.Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification High school certificate or equivalent preferred.On-the-job training or forklift/manual handling certification is an advantage.Work Experience1?2 years of experience in a warehouse or factory support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.CompetenciesBasic understanding of manufacturing warehouse operations.Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor in a factory environment.Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.Team player with a good work ethic.Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in manufacturing.Basic inventory awareness.LanguagesEnglish (basic spoken) is required.
