Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities? Photography?Capture professional photographs of residential and commercial properties for listings, brochures, websites, and social media.?Conduct on-site photo shoots ensuring proper lighting, staging, and composition.?Take staff headshots, team photos, and event coverage as needed.?Edit and enhance images for clarity, lighting, and branding consistency.? Videography?Film property walkthroughs, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.?Operate and manage video equipment including gimbals, drones, lighting kits, and microphones.?Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.?Collaborate with the social media team to storyboard and plan content.?? Post-Production?Edit videos with transitions, effects, music, branding overlays, and captions.?Maintain organized file storage of all raw and edited materials.?Ensure content is optimized for each platform (e.g., vertical for reels, landscape for YouTube).?
