JOB PURPOSE:Responsible for the innovation, technical and commercial analysis, total cost analysis and efficiency enhancement in the technical procurement process.This role is mission critical in achievement and execution Parts and Service KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.Technical Support to Procurement TeamProvide prompt Technical support for the procurement function.Conduct and conclude productive and effective Early Detection Early Resolution activities.2.Support to ManagementConduct and complete implementation of new projects, product evaluation, special campaigns.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Procurement especially for RTA bus contracts related projects. 3.Support to Service Team for partsInputs collection for initial stocking orders of parts, analysis of parts availability JOB CONTEXT: Robust and thorough understanding and execution of data analysis principles, methods and procedures.Ability to effectively use electronic parts catalogues, technical literatureSupport Customer Relations Dept., Sales & Marketing, Fleet and Parts.Support External and Internal Customers with continuous improvement mind set in achieving Customer Satisfaction and product improvement goals.SkillsMinimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Mechanical EngineeringMinimum Experience: 2 years working experience.Behavioural Competencies:IntegrityAnalyticalCustomer OrientatedHi level of quality Communication ? written and spokenComputer literateTeamworkPlanning and OrganizingAssertivenessTask Orientated
