Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full?time, on?site role for UAE National fresh graduates who are motivated to build a long?term career in the insurance industry and gain hands?on exposure to insurance operations within a professional corporate environment.What you will doSupport day?to?day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, or customer serviceAssist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reportsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasksLearn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and internal proceduresMaintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of informationSupport team members with operational and administrative requirements as neededDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplineUAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory)Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experienceWilling to work full?time from the office (5 days a week)
