We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant ? Ticketing & Sales to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in curating travel packages, handling ticketing, and driving sales. This role requires someone who can confidently manage end-to-end travel solutions while delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and curate domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and itinerary management.Promote and sell travel packages, flights, and other travel-related services to achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and travel documentation.Support marketing initiatives by promoting travel products and identifying new business opportunities.Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and industry regulations.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.IATA Certification is mandatory.Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for airline reservations and ticketing.Strong experience in:Travel package curationDomestic and international flight ticketingExcellent communication skills in English, (preferrable ? Telugu)Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
