The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting MajeStay Tourism?s full suite of services to travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners across local and international markets.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.Expand the company?s B2B client network globally.2. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE organizers, and corporate clients.Manage key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.Actively follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.3. Product & Service PromotionPresent and promote MajeStay Tourism?s services, including travel packages, visa services, hotels, and excursions.Customize solutions based on client needs and business objectives.4. Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.5. Market Research & InsightsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Provide insights to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.6.
