Job DescriptionHandle all travel services: flight, hotel, visa, tour, and holiday package through various booking platforms.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels.Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.Provide professional travel advice based on customer needs and budget.Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners regarding reservations.Monitor and achieve assigned monthly targets.Ensuring consistent progress toward departmental and organizational goals.Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, fares, and promotions.Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.Follow up with guests before and after their stay to ensure a positive experience.Support sales team and contribute to company growth.Focus on Guest Reviews.Note: Preference for Females (Own Residence Visa). Language Spoken: Hindi, Filipino, Russian. Pay: From AED 2,00 plus Incentive per monthSkillsMinimum 2 years of UAE experience in Reservations, Guest Relations, Hospitality, Travel Agency, or Hotel Operations.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of GDS and online booking platforms will be an advantage.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a travel agency, hotel reservations department, or hospitality industry.Knowledge of UAE tourism and hospitality market.Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
