Key Requirements: ? Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and/or Galileo ? UAE travel agency experience is mandatory ? Experience in visa processing will be an added advantage ? Good command of English (Indian languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, etc. are a plus) ? Ability to handle ticketing, reissues, refunds, and client coordination independently ?
