  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home WiFi and broadband packages
  • Handle inbound inquiries about internet plans, installation, and pricing
  • Explain features such as speed, data limits, coverage, and installation process
  • Assess customer requirements (home size, number of users, streaming/gaming needs)
  • Recommend suitable WiFi plans and upsell additional services (routers, boosters, TV bundles)
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed subscriptions
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth service activation
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads in the system
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions
