We are currently managing the recruitment for a high-growth service firm in Dubai. We are looking for energetic, Hindi-speaking professionals to join their team as Customer Support & Telecalling Executives.This role is ideal for candidates with strong convincing skills who are comfortable with both inbound lead management and proactive outbound calling.Roles & ResponsibilitiesInbound/Outbound Calling: Manage lead flow by handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to potential clients.Lead Conversion: Use strong persuasion and convincing skills to qualify leads and maintain interest in company services.Regular Follow-ups: Communicate consistently with clients via phone calls and text messaging to ensure high retention.Support & Resolution: Address customer queries effectively, providing a smooth and professional experience.Data Entry: Use basic computer skills to update CRM records, track call history, and manage lead statuses accurately.SkillsSkills & RequirementsLanguage: Mandatory fluency in Hindi (to handle specific client demographics) and professional English.Convincing Skills: Proven ability to influence and persuade customers over the phone.Tech Literacy: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM navigation) is required.Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Residency: Candidates must be ready to stay and work on-site in Dubai.Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.Company-Provided PerksThe hiring firm provides a full relocation and support package:Accommodation: Provided by the company.Food: Meals/allowance included.Travel: Local transportation to and from work covered.Visa: Full visa sponsorship and processing provided.Flight: Initial travel to Dubai.
