The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting holiday packages, generating leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:? Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases? Explain holiday packages and company offerings clearly and professionally? Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team? Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information? Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system? Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets?
