Analyse and guide business operations on the documentation requirements across the supply chain process. Responsibilities include:Act as point of reference and subject matter expert on supply chain documentation.Outline process flows for the respective supply chain services with specific focus on the types of documentation required at various points of the supply chain (transportation, storage and distribution etc), with specific information on when each document is initiated as well as special requirements such as stamps, fees, signatures etc.Train operations teams across business on the supply chain documentation to ensure a smooth freight transport experience.Analysis on supply chain documentation process setbacks regularly experienced customers and recommendations on how these can be eliminated.Guidance on required coordination and flow of documentation and information between various stakeholders including operations, customer teams and vendors to ensure smooth movement of cargo.Skills5 Years relevant and in-depth experience working with supply chain process documentationLogistics and supply chain industry experience a MUSTExperience with Africa markets an advantageStrong communication skills
