Job DescriptionOversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to maintain product availability.Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns and maintaining high service standards.Track store sales, prepare reports, and implement initiatives to improve performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store operational standards.SkillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or store management.Experience in luxury retail, travel retail, or airport retail operations is highly preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good understanding of sales, inventory control, merchandising, and store operations.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
