Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking for a Store Keeper to manage and control the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment required for FM operations, ensuring accurate stock records and uninterrupted service delivery. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.Issue materials to maintenance teams against approved requests.Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/CAFM system.Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions when required.Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.Ensure proper storage, labelling, and housekeeping of the store.Maintain records of deliveries, stock movements, and returns.Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for material availability.Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures.Desired Candidate ProfileHigh School/Diploma holder.2?3 years of storekeeping experience, preferably in Facilities Management, MEP, or Maintenance.Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.Good communication and organisational skills.Key SkillsInventory ControlMaterial ManagementRecord KeepingAttention to DetailERP/CAFM SystemsTeamwork & Communication
