Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily steel erection, installation, and fabrication activities for bridge works.Lead and manage steel erectors, riggers, welders, fabricators, and helpers on site.Read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and method statements.Ensure proper alignment, leveling, positioning, bolting, welding, and fixing of steel components.Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE teams, crane operators, and subcontractors.Plan and coordinate crane, lifting, rigging, and steel erection activities in accordance with approved procedures.Desired Candidate Profile10-15 years of relevant experience as a Steel/Structural Steel Foreman.Proven experience in bridge construction projects is highly preferred.Strong hands-on experience in structural steel erection, fabrication, bolting, welding, and steel connections.Experience with heavy steel components and bridge erection works.Ability to read and understand steel shop drawings and erection drawings.
