Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Six Sigma Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, optimize business processes, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver measurable business value using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.Lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean methodologies.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.Manage cross-functional projects across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Support Functions.Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.Monitor project progress, benefits realization, and performance metrics.Coach and mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and process owners.Conduct training sessions to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities.Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.Desired Candidate ProfileASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) ? PreferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.8?12 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Excellence. Proven success in leading multiple Six Sigma projects across different business functions.Strong expertise in Lean, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Analysis.Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
