We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee parking/car washing projects and supervise the car washing team. As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:- Project Management- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards- Coordinating with clients.- Managing site resources, including materials and equipment- Safety and Compliance- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards- Implementing safety protocols and procedures- Team Management- Supervising and guiding car washing team.- Providing training and performance feedback- Managing site documentation, including daily logs and progress reportsRequirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision.Freshers can also apply- Wiling to work Day /Night according to site requirement.- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatorySalary and Benefits- Competitive salary: AED 3000 per month- Health insurance and other benefits- Opportunities for professional growth and career development- Candidates with own visa can also apply.
