Provide Technical knowledge in repair/maintenance/ installation of white goods (home appliances)? Guide & Monitor daily activities of team of technicians to ensure desired productivity & quality ? Issue daily job cards to field/workshop technicians & monitor daily performance.? Ensure team has full product and service knowledge, as well as customer handling skills with regular trainings.? Create reports for reviews & provide suggestions & directions for betterment of service units.? Supervise operational activities of service center for revenue generation.? Ensure availability of spare parts with periodic reviews of stocks level and efficient planning.SkillsDiploma in Electronics or relevant subject additional management degree would be advantage.? 5-6 years experience in service center operations preferably in electronic consumer goods.? Should possess excellent communication & team management skills.? Strong problem solving skills and customer service oriented? Attention to details and result orientation.? Conversant with computer applications.
