Identifying New Business Potentials for Elevators & Escalators Maintenance (AMC) from open market and internal / exciting customers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator maintenance, repair, and Modernization business.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Proposal Development (facilitate with Price working knowledge).

Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.

Provide basic technical information to clients and coordinate with technical staff for complex queries.

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Technical Knowledge & Supports.

Meets and exceeds assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Customer Relationship Management and Development.

Provide regular updates and status reports to the Service Sales Manager.

Achieves as a team to bring the organisation in all aspects and to refighting with better working atmospheres.

Foster positive relationships within the organization to improve teamwork and alignment.
