You will work directly with C-suite stakeholders to define strategic priorities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Responsibilities:? Lead end-to-end strategy engagements from scoping through to board-level presentation? Conduct deep market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modelling? Develop growth strategies, market entry plans, and operating model designs? Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership? Mentor and guide junior team members on deliverables and client managementRequirements:? 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or Big 4 strategy practice preferred)? Proven track record of delivering strategic engagements in financial services? Strong financial modelling and analytical skills? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities? MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred? Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
