Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates for fit-out/renovation projects; conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare cost reports.
Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation; ensure compliance with contract terms, client requirements, and UAE construction regulations.
Monitor project costs including variations, claims, and change orders; support project teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve cost-related issues; maintain complete documentation for audits and project records.
