Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) registration to join us. Under the main contracting framework, you will manage various specialized subcontractors and suppliers, strictly controlling project schedule, quality, and costs.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Full lifecycle project management from mobilization to handover.Subcontractor Management: Effectively coordinate and manage various specialized subcontractors under the main contractor framework. Strictly control project progress, construction quality, and cost accounting.Authority Liaison: Utilize your DM registered engineer qualification and local experience to smoothly advance communication, approvals, and inspections with various Dubai government authorities (Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, DEWA, etc.).Commercial & Cost Control: Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project variations, and payment certificates to ensure high-profit delivery within the approved budget.Strategic Expansion: Provide technical and management support for the company's engineering bidding and project execution in Dubai and the Middle East regional markets.HSE Compliance: Establish and maintain high-standard Health, Safety, and Environment systems on the construction site.About Sinan AlphaSinan Alpha is a forward-looking general contracting and construction company based in Dubai. Must have served as a Project Manager or key backbone position with complete project management experience.DM Qualification: Active Dubai Municipality (DM) Registered Engineer license (Please indicate your building classification level in your resume, e.g., G+1, G+4, Unlimited).Management Skills: Profound experience in managing specialized subcontractors (Civil, Facade, MEP, Fit-out, Landscape, etc.), proficient in various main contracting agreements and overall schedule, quality, and cost management.Language Skills: Fluent in English, able to conduct technical communication and official document writing without barriers. (Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is preferred).Professional Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit and strong adaptability.
