Roles & ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESOdoo ERP ManagementDay-to-day administration and operation of the Odoo ERP systemAct as primary liaison between TASA and external implementation partnersEnsure all modules are configured, maintained, and operating effectivelyMonitor system performance and recommend enhancementsTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actionsManufacturing Operations (MRP)Configure and manage Manufacturing (MRP) modulesDevelop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routingsConfigure work centres, production stages, and manufacturing workflowsMonitor production orders, machine utilisation, and performanceEstablish production planning based on customer demand and capacityConfigure manufacturing lead times and scheduling parametersTrack and improve Turnaround Time (TAT) across production activitiesMachine & Work Centre ManagementCreate and maintain machine master data, capacities, and cycle timesMonitor machine utilisation, production bottlenecks, and efficiency ratesSupport preventive maintenance scheduling via the Maintenance ModuleCoordinate with production teams for accurate machine performance recordingProcurement & Inventory ManagementConfigure and maintain end-to-end procurement workflowsMonitor stock levels, reorder rules, safety stock, and valuationsEnsure material planning aligns with production requirementsImplement stock traceability and movement controlsQuality ManagementImplement QC and QA processes within Odoo Quality moduleConfigure inspection points, quality checks, and non-conformance reportingMonitor product quality records and compliance requirementsGenerate quality performance reports and corrective action trackingProcess Improvement & AutomationAnalyse business processes and identify automation opportunitiesDevelop workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve efficiencyAlign operational requirements with Odoo system capabilitiesData Management & ReportingMaintain master data integrity across all modulesDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports covering: Production Performance, Machine Utilisation, OEE, Inventory Accuracy, Procurement Performance, Lead Time, TAT, Production Costs, and Quality MetricsUser Training & SupportTrain employees on Odoo best practices and module usagePrepare SOPs, user manuals, process flows, and training materialsProvide first-level support and conduct periodic system auditsProject ManagementSupport current and future Odoo implementation projectsCoordinate UAT activities and ensure successful module deploymentsTrack project milestones, risks, and implementation progressMODULES TO HANDLE (not limited to)Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, CRM, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Project Management, Accounting, HR & Attendance, Documents, Approvals, Helpdesk, FleetREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDesired Candidate ProfileEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, ERP Systems, or related fieldOdoo Functional Consultant or ERP Certification preferredMinimum 5?8 years of ERP experienceMinimum 3?5 years of Odoo Manufacturing implementation experienceProven experience in a manufacturing / industrial environmentTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of Odoo ERP architecture and workflowsExpertise in MRP ? BOMs, Routings, Work Centres, Production OrdersInventory planning and warehouse operations in OdooReporting, dashboard, and KPI development capabilitiesSQL / PostgreSQL and Odoo customisation is an advantageAPI integrations and third-party connectivity preferredKey CompetenciesDeep manufacturing process knowledgeERP implementation expertise and problem-solving acumenStrong analytical & stakeholder management skillsProject management with milestone & risk trackingDetail-oriented with a process-driven mindsetAbility to train and guide cross-functional teamsSelf-driven; manages multiple priorities independentlyResilient and adaptable in manufacturing environments.
