Job Description

  • Review and validate all MEP designs, drawings, and specifications (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems)
  • Ensure alignment of MEP layouts with architectural and design intent
  • Oversee preparation and review of:
  • Load calculations
  • Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
  • Lighting layouts and circuiting
  • HVAC layouts and ducting design
  • Plumbing and drainage systems
  • Identify design gaps, conflicts, and value engineering opportunities
