Oversee the company's relationship with the clients, obtain and maintain long term key customers by comprehending their requirements, managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with them, in addition to maximize sales opportunities in the area of Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC).? Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.? Handle and follow-up the most important client accounts in the company.? Bring or establish new businesses from existing clients or contacts, in addition to develop new relationships with potential clients.? Manage and supervise all the communications between key clients and internal team.? Coordinate with execution and technical team to exchange project's information.? Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.? Collaborate with the team members in order to maximize the profit by up-selling or cross-selling.? Analyze client's data to provide customer relationship management? Conduct internal and pre-award meetings.? Follow-up with the potential and former clients in order to have a strong professional relationship.? Negotiate with main contractors, suppliers and clients.? Assist in preparing proposals after determining the estimated work cost.? Prepare needed weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the direct manager.? Maintain records of contacts and sales status including reports and sales projections.? Develop and implement the sales process which include initial contact, follow-up, presentation and closing procedures? Coordinate with execution and technical team in order to exchange the projects information.? Achieve the set sales target of the company. ? Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information. ? Resolve site issues raised between IKK team and main contractors. ? Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
