Job Description

  • Collecting the quarterly bookkeeping workings from the accounting firm, checking for accuracy and integrate it the company database;
  • Checking our suppliers workings, reports and invoices / based on supporting documents and contracts;
  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions;
  • Issuing sales invoices;
  • Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and trial balance;
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
  • Check VAT and corporate tax filings in line with UAE regulations, done by the accounting firm;
  • Contact point in charge of the communication with DMCC
