We are hiring a Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team in the UAE.DesiredJob Responsibilities:. Contract Administration? Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties comply with contract terms? Manage formal correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders? Maintain accurate contract records? Monitor contractor performance to ensure timely issuance of instructions, approvals, and payment certificates. Variations & Change Management? Implement change control processes? Review variation requests and prepare variation orders? Negotiate cost and schedule impacts? Assess contractual impacts and provide recommendations to project management. Claims Management? Identify, prepare, and manage extension of time (EOT) and cost claims? Maintain claim registers? Collect and preserve all supporting documents and evidence. Risk Management & Compliance? Identify contractual and commercial risks? Propose mitigation measures? Issue contractual notices (e.g., delay notices). Reporting & Coordination? Prepare monthly commercial reports? Provide claim status updates and maintain variation logs
