We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior BMS Sales Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), including system design, engineering, programming support, and commissioning, combined with excellent sales and business development skills.The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and end users, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting project execution.SkillsSales & Business Development Develop new business opportunities in the UAE market. Build strong relationships with Developers, MEP Contractors, Consultants, Facility Management companies, and End Users. Generate new leads and convert them into projects. Conduct client meetings and technical presentations. Promote Siemens Building Automation solutions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Follow up quotations until project award. Participate in project negotiations.Technical Responsibilities Design complete BMS solutions. Review project specifications and drawings. Prepare BOQs and technical submittals. Select Siemens BMS products. Support programming and commissioning teams. Attend technical meetings with consultants and contractors. Provide technical support before and after project award.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. 5+ years of experience in BMS. Previous experience with Siemens Building Technologies. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Experience with: Desigo CC Desigo PX BACnet Modbus KNX (Preferred) Experience in system design and commissioning. UAE driving license is mandatory.
